ReLTEK represents the interests of various railroads, rail trails and other property owners. As such, ReLTEK manages the application and review process that allows third parties to apply for various types of occupancies over, under, across or along our client's property. To apply for such an occupancy, follow the instructions and links in the sections below.

If you wish to apply for a lease or license of property managed by ReLTEK, see the following links to download an application. Completed applications must be submitted by mail and include a non-refundable check for $1000.00, payable to ReLTEK. The package should be submitted to the following address:

Procedure & Specifications:
Once your application is received, ReLTEK will check it for accuracy, ensure that all of the needed information has been submitted and verify that it impacts one of our client's property. Next, ReLTEK will determine the rental amount. Depending on the client, this might be expressed as an annual amount, a lump sum payment or both. An estimate will be prepared to determine the cost of any engineering review. Please see the following links to download a copy of the current engineering specifications related to your project. Follow up communication will detail the proposed rental amount, engineering cost, preparation fees and various options for insurance, as needed as well as deliver a draft license agreement for review and acceptance. A final transmittal package will include a PDF version of the agreement, ready for execution and further instruct you on how to proceed, including when and where to submit payments and any other items required prior to delivery of your final agreement.
